In April 2014 we celebrate the unique close to 50 year cooperation of Valtra and MSK Cabins. The business image of the corporation is updated thoroughly.
In April 2000 50 years have passed since the foundation of Maaseudun Kone.
Maaseudun Kone moves to a new and bigger factory in 1996. In 1999 Valtra's S-tractor is launched and the production of fully customized cabins begins. The same year Junkkari Muovi (MSK Plast) purchases the plastic technology unit of ABB Tools.
In 1983 Junkkari purchases a plastic factory in Helsinki. In 1984 Muuli trailor production is centralized to Lapua. Juncar and Junkkari Muovi are incorporated into subsidiaries. In 1985 the generation changes in the family corporation.
In the 1980's Junkkari begins to export to Japan, Saudi-Arabia and Argentina.
Operations are divided in two in 1979. Maaseudun Kone focuses on machinery cabins and Junkkari specializes in agricultural machinery manufacturing.
The first steps abroad: exporting to Sweden begins. Later export to Norway, England, Ireland and Germany is initiated. In the summer of 1963 the LUJA-cabin is presented at the agricultural exhibition at Seinäjoki. In 1964 cabins are produced for Valmet, Ferguson and Dexta. During the same year Ville Isosaari, the founder of the company deceases and Maija Isosaari takes over the general managing of the company.
At the end of 1949 Ville Isosaari buys a dairy factory building that had discontinued its operations in Kankaankylä. Maaseudun Kone Oy is registered and production begins.
"Ville Isosaari was a very determined man. According to the legend he threw away his shovel and swore never to grab it again. And never he did, just like he decided."
